As the SeoulShare Event Manager for KOTE, you will work closely with the SeoulShare KOTE Project Director and the SeoulShare team to plan, execute, and manage a diverse range of cultural, artistic, and community-focused events with KOTE. Your initiatives will contribute directly to shaping the cultural landscape in Seoul, from themed parties and hands-on workshops to larger-scale performances and art festivals.
KOTE is a multi-dimensional art and culture venue that hosts a wide array of performances, exhibitions, and events. Since partnering with SeoulShare in June 2024, KOTE and SeoulShare have jointly executed several successful events, including a Halloween Party, Friendsgiving Dinner, Acting Workshops, Canvas painting at the Hycheomoyo Art Festival, a rooftop party, and Tarot Reading Sessions. Through this collaboration, both organizations aim to create a vibrant community hub that brings together artists, audiences, and creative thinkers from around the world.
• Curating and hosting art events such as performances, concerts, and exhibitions. • Co-promoting KOTE events through the SeoulShare community to broaden reach and engagement. • Organizing signature events like the KOTE-SeoulShare Art Festival. • Hosting cultural gatherings, including holiday-themed parties and monthly communal dinners. • Supporting workshop hosts (e.g., tarot reading, acting workshops) in planning and logistics.

No fixed salary. Compensation is profit-share based, derived from ticket sales, paid workshops, art sales and other revenue-generating models that you help develop.
