SeoulShare Community Event Organisers have dedicated their time and effort to organise events for members to enjoy. We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure that all members can enjoy their experience of SeoulShare Community.

1. Respect Event Organisers The Organiser has put a lot of effort into creating an event for you to enjoy. Recognise the Event Organiser as the leader of the event, and respect their plan and direction.

2. Cancellation If you cannot attend at event, please cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the event. Cancelling in time means you allow other members to attend the event.

3. No Show and Late Cancellations Not cancelling in advance or not attending events not only restricts access to other members, but also disrupts the event and shows a lack of respect for our Organisers.

4. Be On Time Events start promptly. If you arrive late, you may not be able to contact the Event Organiser since they'll be fully occupied with running the event, so if you are late you may not be able to join the event.

5. Leaving Early Event Organisers have organised a full event for your enjoyment, so we strongly discourage you not to leave in the middle of an event. If this is unavoidable, it is mandatory to speak to the Event Organiser before the event starts.

6. Being on the Waiting List If you sign up after all spots have been filled, you will be placed on a waiting list. If any registered participants cancel their registration, you will be moved to the participant list, allowing you join the event. However, if you remain on the waiting list within a few hours of the event's start time, you won't be able to join the event.

7. No Advertisement without prior approval If you wish to share commercial information or promote any business before, during, or after SeoulShare events, kindly reach out to the community manager (Iggy at [email protected]) for prior approval.

8. Photo Consent I acknowledge that SeoulShare and its partners may capture photos or videos of me during the event. I hereby grant my consent to these parties for the use of such media on social media, websites, and in promotional materials. If you do not wish them to be shared online, please inform the event organizer in advance. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. But please note that it may not be possible to take photos that do not include you all the time, so please make sure to stay away from the group photo moments or cover your face when photos are taken.

9. Accident Waiver And Release of Liability By participating in any of the events, trips or activities offered by SeoulShare Community, I acknowledge if any accidents happen which may result in injuries and property loss or even potential loss of life, caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people and lack of hydration. SeoulShare Community as an entity, or any of its organizers shall not be held responsible or liable for or be obligated to any financial compensation or legal punishment. I hereby agree and consent to the above conditions. By participating SeoulShare Community events I fully acknowledge and consent to the waiver stated herein. We strongly recommend to buy your personal insurance before you join SeoulShare Community events. SeoulShare Community and the organizers hold no responsibilities for any injuries, accidents, loss or damaged personal belongings that may occur at any of our activities.
